In the immediate aftermath of Amy’s death, fans wrote tribute notes to Amy on the street signs outside her house in Camden Square, North London「エイミーの素晴らしい歌声、吐露するような歌詞、挑発的な態度によって、彼女は現代において極めて重要なアーティストになりました」とデザインミュージアムのヘッドキュレーターのPriya Khanchandaniは語っています。「エイミーはデザインの概念を否定するような、非常に地に足がついた存在に見えました。しかし彼女は唯一無二のスタイルを持っており、折衷的で多様な影響を受けてきました。この展覧会は、エイミーのインスピレーションの源に賛辞を捧げるものです」
